General Policy
Because of the nature of our cosmetic and personal care products—like our popular ICY Stick, SPICY Stick, scrubs, and creams—we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.
We only offer returns or refunds for unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.
How to Request a Return
If you believe your product arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description, and photos if applicable.
We’ll review your request and, if approved, send return instructions. Please do not send products back without confirmation from us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, processing may take up to 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We don’t offer exchanges at this time.
- All clearance and promotional items are final sale.
Shipping Errors & Damages
If there’s an issue caused during shipping or fulfillment, we’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or a full refund. We want you to feel confident ordering your essentials from us.
